How to Install nginx software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

nginx software package provides small, powerful, scalable web/proxy server, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install nginx

nginx is installed in your system.

Make ensure the nginx package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep nginx *

You will get with nginx package name, version, architecture and description in a table
